Coloring isn't just for kids. Coloring in a coloring book as an adult still reduces stress and anxiety, helps improve motor skills, improves focus, improves sleep quality and relaxes the brain. It is its own kind of meditation in a way and since it is such a "low stakes" activity it is all about pleasure.
