Each new year I pick 10 things that I would like to do over the course of the entire next year. Normally they are learning new things, trying to acquire new skills, improve on healthy habits or silly things like "grow a handlebar mustache". Wait before you dismiss it take a second and read this. ASMR Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. Kind of that OMG feeling when you get a scalp massage. ASMR is triggered by different things for different people. Some people it is the whispering and others it might be the tapping or eating noises and then some people unfortunately do not experience ASMR at all. So before you leave try to sit back relax and just watch with an open mind. "ASMR can be triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, chewing, tapping, scalp massage and more." Each person is different You may find that certain sounds stimulate you into ASMR. You never know until you try it. GOOD LUCK
